Dr Dion Noovao is a distinguished orthopaedic surgeon with over a decade of operative experience, who goes above and beyond to provide personalised care tailored to the unique needs of each of his patients. Dr Noovao's extensive medical training in New Zealand, where he qualified as a Fellow of the Australasian College of Surgeons in 2012, forms the foundation of his expertise. He continued his training in 2012, completing fellowships in the foot, ankle, and upper limb in New Zealand, and a 12-month fellowship in Brisbane in 2013. In 2015, he completed a prestigious fellowship in trauma and lower limb deformity correction at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.
Since joining the Orthopaedic Department at the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Services in March 2016, Dr Noovao has established himself as a leading orthopaedic surgeon, renowned for his exceptional care and patient outcomes.
